Property Details

***FLEXIBLE MOVE IN DATE****

A comfortable, quiet, modern, bright, and spacious studio. Has a separate kitchen, quality finishing, and three sizeable closets with built in coat rack & top shelf (which seriously won me over when touring a few other nearby buildings).

This particular studio is East facing, with sunrise views (perfect for in-apartment morning yoga) and the floor-to-ceiling windows let light in throughout the day, into the evening. There is a view of Fort Greene park, which is nice especially during autumn when the foliage changes colors. The building is pet friendly.

The community manager is responsive and proactive regarding any building issues, and the doormen are all so kind. The neighborhood is quaint, lively, and I love going to/running around Fort Greene park or Prospect Park. if weren't for my job relocation, I'd renew and stay in this apartment.

Regarding move out date, I can be flexible and am open to working it out with the incoming resident. If you're unsure but have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Right downstairs, Gotham Market at The Ashland, brings the modern dining hall to Brooklyn. The space features eight dining and drinking venues, and a rotating pop-up space featuring local chefs.

Reasons for leaving

Job Relocation

Incentives

Apartment includes larger furniture items (leaning wall shelf, lamp, sofa, tv, tv stand, full size bed frame + nectar mattress) all purchased in summer/late fall 2016 which I can sell to you.

Additional fee

There is an application fee is $20 required by The Ashland. Since the $1,000 deposit I paid stays with the apartment, the incoming resident will need to provide me with a $1,000 deposit. Of course, the incoming resident would get that deposit back when they decide to move out.

If the incoming resident has a credit score of less than 700, The Ashland requires an additional $1,825 so that there is a full months rent deposit on the apartment ($2,825).

Other info

From the landlord: The new party would complete the remainder of your current lease.

The new party taking over the lease is guaranteed the option to renew the lease when it expires at the renewal rates in effect at that time. They would also be able to terminate the lease when it expires.
