We’ve been living in this building for 5 years and the management company and super are fantastic. If there is ever an issue with the toilet, AC, stove etc., they fix it RIGHT AWAY! We are so sad to leave, but need some more space for our growing family. There is truly nothing like this in the flatiron area at this price range. We have room to hang out, and also have 10 people over dinner very comfortably!
