You'll be a 6 minute walk from the F and G trains at Carroll St. Also an easy walk to adjacent districts like Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Park Slope, and Red Hook. Apartment comes furnished with TV, futon, bookcase, plants and a few other small pieces of furniture. Apartment has recently been painted. Dates are flexible.
