Walk down a few stairs from the private entrance to access the foyer to your apartment. You'll find yourself in the living room, well lit with track-lighting and made comfortable with a wrap-around sofa. You have a 55'' flat screen television for nights at home with cable access and Free NetFlix access. On the other end of the room is a lovely dining area situated beneath a ceiling fan. There is also a wine cooler in this room, for those who like to keep a collection. All clients will certainly feel at home upon arrival during your booking duration stay. Apartment has countless amenities and features endless comfort making you comfortable, relax. Ice cold Air Conditioning throughout entire furnished apartment, during weather season ganurtee peak perfect heat and hot water. Client control own heat, air conditioner comforter control.

From here you can access the rest of the apartment: the kitchen is well equipped with matching modern appliances including an electric oven, the ever-useful dishwasher, a full size refrigerator and a microwave for those nights when leftovers are the best option! Plenty of cupboard provide storage for dishes and provisions.

The bedrooms have vibrant bedding and each have sizable closets. The master bedroom also has storage cupboards underneath its full size bed in addition to the walk-in closet attached. The other bedroom has a dresser and desk in addition to the single size captain's bed with drawers underneath. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning units in the windows, in addition to the A/C in the dining room/living room. While these windows do not provide any view or light, they are fully operational and they face toward a backyard area, away from the street traffic. There are even two closets in the hallway of this very functional rental, with iron and ironing board! Wireless Internet access is available throughout. BOTH bedrooms have Verizon Fios Internet and TV, Movies with DVD players!

Locally, you can find amenities in your neighborhood on Fulton Street and Broadway.
