I need to relocate for work and am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (starting Feb. 1st through July 31st 2019 with the option to renew if interested).

The room is spacious with a closet and can fit a queen size bed, dresser, bookshelf, and chair. The apartment is air conditioned, has a large living room, a full kitchen, and a bathroom with an in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen and living room is furnished and fully equipped, and the bedroom can be furnished for an additional $500.


You will be roommates with a 27-year-old female who works in theater. She is a very clean, respectful, and communicative and is rarely home. No smoking / pets. $1600/month + $1375 security deposit. Available now. No fee.

The apartment has a prime location just steps from Fort Greene Park, BAM, Mark Morris Dance Center, and many lovely restaurants. Trader Joe’s is a 9-minute walk, Whole Foods is a 5-minute walk, and Target is an 8-minute walk.

There are also many transportation options available near the apartment. It is a 9-minute walk to the Atlantic Avenue Barclays Station (2, 3, 4, 5, N, Q, R, W, B, & D trains), a 7 minute walk from Nevins Street Station (2, 3, 4, & 5 trains), a 6 minute walk to Dekalb Station (Q, R, W, B, & D trains), a 2 minute walk from Fulton Street Station (G train), and a 5 minute walk to Lafayette Station (A & C trains).
