I will offer my master bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment (the other roommate is a mid/late 30s female with a full-time job, who sometimes travels overnight) for the month of February, semi-flexible dates (for example, could do Jan 27-March 2, etc.).

The apartment block is pre-war, at Underhill and St John's Place. It's freshly painted, clean, we even have a washer in the unit, no dishwasher, lots of cleaning supplies. TV, with all the platforms to watch. Wifi. Ask for anything else! You will be living in my room so it's a lived-in room and I will make space for your temporary belongings.

2 cats and 1 small dog! They belong to my roommate not to me. But you should probably "like" or not mind animals, they are GREAT! The dog is a mix boxer, short hair, washed regularly.

Willing to take couples but will cost a bit more.

Parking is available, it's a rotating street cleaning situation.

More: Furnished room available for 1 month, beginning February 1. The room is larger, with an armoir and closet and more storage space. It is part of a two-bedroom apartment, the rest of which is also fully furnished. The apartment is decent-sized and airy. The location of the apartment is excellent: easy access to two subway lines (2, 3 and 4 lines and B,Q lines); a few minutes from Prospect Park; a terrific neighborhood with multiple coffee shops, restaurants and bars. (The neighborhood I live in – Prospect Heights – is considered one of the best in Brooklyn.) Rent is $1350 per month. Since this is an apartment share, I would appreciate some info about the potential subtenant when he/she responds to the ad.
