Our family is expanding so we’re looking to sublet entire 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in The Stanwix, brand new beautiful building (May 2019) on the border of East Williamsburg and Bushwick. Earliest potentially available date is Jan 15. Prefer longer stays but open to considering all offers.

Apartment is great for young families or roommates. Building is great for anyone who works from home, needs meeting space for their business, etc.
