Master bedroom in 2 bedroom apartment. The room is HUGE, can easily fit a desk, king sized bed, dresser, etc, go crazy. Also it has a closet and there is another closet outside it. The apartment comes with full kitchen and a nice living room (furnished with TV and couch), and there is laundry-in building as well as an elevator. Parking is also available for a fee.

The neighborhood is amazing, extremely safe, with plenty of restaurants, fast casual food, grocery stores, bars, and other great places nearby. The N/W subway at the newly renovated 30th avenue stop is only a 4 minute walk away and takes just 12 minutes to get into Manhattan.

Looking at an January 1 move in but there is some flexibility (earlier move in possible!).

Your room-mate (me) is a 26/M/NYU grad employed in Digital Marketing. My preferred roommate is an employed male 20-35. No pets or couples, sorry!
