Property Details

We're moving out of New York at the end of the year and have 6 months left on our lease, so this offer is for a 6 month sublet starting Jan 1 or 15, 2020 (with the option to extend to a full lease signing at the end of June 2020). We can offer the apartment furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference.

This spacious studio offers a fully equipped and modern kitchen, queen bed, futon couch, coffee table, bar stools and a 50' smart TV equipped with Netflix, HBO, etc. The breakfast bar extends from the kitchen and can act as a workspace or eating area. There are blackout curtains, which you’ll need with the three large and bright windows. There is tons of built in storage throughout the unit. Heat is included by the building and on all winter; and there is an AC unit available for use during the hotter summer months. Despite being a studio, we've found it spacious enough for the two of us to live comfortably in for the past 2 years!

You couldn’t ask for a better location as the East village is full to the brim with amazing bars and restaurants on every single block. You're a 5-10 minute walk to several subway lines including the L, F, B, 6, N and R trains and there are 2 CitiBike stations within a block. Since the unit faces a courtyard, it's very quiet despite its central location. There’s coin laundry in the basement, but there’s also a laundromat a block away if you prefer to use that. The local bodega is a block away for groceries or you can to go to Whole Foods in less than a 10 minute walk.
