We are subleasing our 1-bedroom + terrace apartment with furnishings beginning as soon as December 18th through as late as March 15th. We are asking $1k/week (which is a discount from our monthly rental rate) and timing is flexible. Please message us to discuss and let us know if you'd like to stop by to view the apartment. We are conveniently located next to the Atlantic Avenue subway station (which includes the 2/3, 4/5, B/D and N/Q/R); the A and G are both an 8 minute walk away.

Furnishings (as pictured): Queen bed + nightstands, 6 drawer dresser, sofas (including a queen-size sofa bed), coffee table, smart TV, home office, 4-person dining table, fully equipped kitchen.

In-unit Amenities: washer/dryer; dishwasher; oven+range; microwave; refrigerator/freezer; unit-controlled heat and AC; large private terrace (10 ft x 20 ft)

Building Amenities: 24 hour front desk; gym; bike room

Incentives

Rent and timing is flexible; short-term stays will be considered. Option to sign lease with term beginning in March - we would remove our furnishings at that time (unless you'd like to purchase any of them, can be discussed).
