The windows are well insulation for noise and temperature, so much so that we found we use the AC much less than in previous apartments! Great neighborhood and location! Nearby to Central Park and Riverside park. 1/2/3 train just a few quick steps away on the corner! Various supermarkets, stores and restaurants. Nice and clean neighborhood. Brand new laundry and dryers on the 4th floor, along with a gym, a lounge with big TV, large deck and a kids playground. Concierge/Doorman, helpful and attentive with packages and unloading cars and even calling the elevator for you! The building management is simply the best. The entire staff is super friendly and any issues reported are addressed immediately. This has been by far the best rental experience we have had in NYC. The building is also very well maintained and very clean. Storage room and bike storage also available. Available for short term lease pending application approval from building management.
