Easy trip to downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan. It’s a 15 min walk to Pratt Institute.

Applications will not be reviewed until the required application fee is received and a credit check is completed.

To be approved tenants must show a combine income of at least $103K and must have a credit score of 650+. Guarantors are accepted however, guarantors must be in-state. In order for the guarantor to be approved, they must show an income of at least $206K and must have a credit score of 750+ (application and required documents are the same for a guarantor and renter).
