**Spacious fully-furnished, half floor apartment for 2 people or 1 person to sublet!** This apartment has a really good amount of space for two or three people. A separate kitchen and the living room alone combine for about 300 square feet. A window in every room allows for nice natural light. Its railroad layout with a separate hallway entrance for the larger bedroom means no need to walk through the smaller bedroom (though it is an option.) All in all, I have loved living here. After feeling cramped in the East Village and tired of dealing with cockroaches and mice, I am very happy living in this apartment without those problems and a laundromat right below the building and a Whole Foods around the corner. Not to mention the 4/5/6 and Q just 2 blocks away. Looking for a January 1 move-in (potentially earlier if you don’t wanna move over New Years.) Lemme know if you have any questions! Everything is already furnished, from an eat-in kitchen table, island, and the the pull-out couch, bed frames and TV.The large bedroom comes with a desk and wardrobes to go with its built-in closet. Barely used bed frame could save you from having to move anything at all.
