- Very large - I fit a queen bed, a large dresser, a large desk, and a nightstand and still have plenty of room.
- Quiet: It's very quiet at night because the window is above the internal courtyard.
- Charming: There is an old fireplace which functions as a great shelf. The ceiling are massive (16') offering a lot of space for shelves/hanging stuff for storage. There is a massive closet for your use in the washer/dryer area next to the room.

- Great location in the intersection of Chelsea, Flatiron, the Village, and the Union Square neighborhood. Union Square is half a block away.

The roommate:
I originally chose the apartment because he kept it so clean when I came to view. He's quiet, works long hours for a tech company, and is fun to be around when he's here. He's very into basketball if that's something you're into.
