I am sub-leasing my apartment (you will be on the lease for 4/5 months until I return). The apartment will be fully furnished as I will be coming back at the end of April/May to take over the apartment. At the end of the duration of the sub-lease you will be removed from the lease. I will pay the application and credit check fees for you to join the lease. Given the apartment will be fully furnished, I will take a security deposit for all the furniture of $2,000.00 that will be returned when I return and all the furniture is in good condition. The building has a laundry room, gym (free), community center, and rooftop. All utilities will be charged at the end of the month (internet, electric). The lease includes YoutubeTV.
