FURNISHED (optional) one bedroom apartment available from January 1-June 30 with the option of extending the lease for another year! You also have the option to move in early on December 24th for free. The apartment was completely renovated 6 months ago so it looks brand new. Rent is $3,350 a month. Wifi is $45 a month and electric is usually ~$50 a month.

The location is in Midtown East, one block away from the Chrysler Building. It is less than a 5 minute walk to Grand Central Station.

The apartment is in a doorman building and my unit is on the 11th floor. It has a spacious bathroom, multiple closets, built-in heat/cool room air conditioner, and a dishwasher. There is a laundry room and gym in the basement and a rooftop on the 15th floor.

I can leave all of my furniture (which was all newly purchased this past July) behind for a fee, which includes: all cooking utensils, a dining table and benches, pull-out sofa bed, bed frame, bedside tables, lamps, clothing and shoe rack, vacuum cleaner, fan, and a mattress.

In order to take over the lease, the following requirements need to be met:

$20 application fee
Copies of two forms of ID
• Copy of Social Security Card (for credit check)
• Two current Pay stubs
• Current Tax returns
• Current Land Lord information & reference
• Last three rent receipts/canceled rent checks or Apartment ledger
• Current Bank statement
• Forty times rent roll (Tenant)
• Sixty times rent roll (for Guarantor/Co-Signer only)
• Application Fee paid Online through link

Requirements are the same for Guarantor or Co-Signer, if needed. Process takes two
days to complete. After approval we require Month's rent and Security Deposit, payments
must be made by Certified Bank Check or Money Order only, personal Checks are accepted
from second month on. Paid and approved applications will not hold desired apartment, only
full payment or deposit can reserve an apartment.
