Very large and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. 1200 sq. ft. In great condition. 10-15 minute walk to Prospect Park! It has 2 bedrooms. We're using the smaller one as an office. There is storage space in the basement! Walk-in closet with shelving in the master bedroom. Dishwasher. Lots and lots of cabinet space in kitchen. Clean appliances. Microwave not included but we can leave ours (if needed) since we're moving anyway. It's new from a few months ago. Landlord allows pets. This is a walk up. It's 1 story up. Central heating and A/C. Both work well via thermostat. There is a decent-sized storage room in the basement for storing of extra items. We use it quite often and keep our suitcases, clothes boxes, etc. there. Bikes can also be parked in the basement. Exceptional value for money. The Super is readily-available via phone and text, and very responsive if anything is required. Trains: 5 min walk to the R train off the Prospect Ave stop. Less than 10 min walk to the F and G off the 9th St stop. It takes us less than 10 min on the R to get to Atlantic Center. Less than 30 minutes to Downtown Manhattan. We are about 10 minutes from Downtown Brooklyn. This is an exceptional South Slope location with amazing bars and restaurants all over the area. If you have a car (we did for a while), parking is not difficult. Close to Industry City, restaurants in Sunset Park, 20 min walk to Other Half Brewery. Easy grocery shopping and plenty of Pharmacies and other essentials. Many gyms in the area. Very very convenient location. We are moving internationally for my work and have to let this apartment go, unfortunately. The landlord is aware that we are looking to rent this place. They landlord will perform a standard credit check. They do require good income and credit, which is a standard requirement for rentals at this price.
