Looking for someone to take over my lease through Oct. 31, 2020 as I am relocating for work. You must have at least a 650 credit score and make 35x the rent for the room.
You would be living with two roommates in their late twenties/early thirties. One (female) works for a startup and the other (male) works in media. Both are very clean and quiet, friendly, keep normal hours, and have invested time & money into upgrading/cleaning the apartment regularly.
