Location is very convenient too. Short walk to Union Square for 4/5/6/N/R/W/Q/L; or an even shorter walk to 23rd street for the 6 train or 1st / 3rd Ave L trains. Only a few minutes’ walk to the East Village. Trader Joes and Wholefoods nearby, as well as Equinox/NYHRC/NYSC (and others) very close too.

We have been in this apartment for the last 4 years and love it. We are only moving because we need an extra bedroom.
