No broker fee no application fee but we do need to see you have school enrollment proof or an internship offering letter or you are a newly graduated student just received a new job offer. $1450 twin bedroom available is very sunny , has Ac on window , heating next to the storage bed with 2 large 5 feet’s x 2 ft drawer under bed, a closet and a tall cabinet for storage of books and shoes and clothing , a matching dark brown wood desk with mirror and each room has its own set of TV and Roku with Netflix ! The $1600 room has a large 5 ft long desk , a full size storage bed, a large TV with Roku, Ac on window and a tall wardrobe , a bedside table ! This room can be available from December 15 as I was informed by the current student tenant that he can leave earlier moving back home as early as mid December if new tenant like to take over couple days or weeks in December from him. 2 hours free maid cleaning services is provide for the apt on weekend near 15 and 31 st of each month and is including in rent as well as high speed internet! Building has 24 hour concierge service and almost 50 lauded machines in 8 buildings together ! Subway 1 is just one block walk to the apt they the Lincoln center Opera house garage walk way. Total 8 building all students and intern housing , most tenants go to Columbia university , Fordham university and Juliard performaning art school or student doing internship in New York! The building has free gym , 24 hour concierge taking package and dry cleans stuff for tenant and lots of washer and dryer in basement operated by card system ( you can recharge the laundry card by cash or credit card) He is easy going and can live with either boy or girl! He is a student going to Fordham university and tend to spend the evening at school studying till late so not cooking that much! Both of the $1450 and $1600 rooms for rent are facing north and very sunny ! There are storage outside in living room 6 feet long cabinet to storage extra things , also a 3 tier shoes cabinet mounted by entrance and each roommate can keep 2 or 3 pairs shoes in there ! As well as a wall of new wall shelves mounted across from kitchen cabinet so each student can store their food or kitchen stuff ! There is a dinning table seat upto 4 people placed next to the new sofa bed and couple table lamp! Each semester we change in a new shower curtain and new bathmat before student move in! But towels are not provided! Each room has a Tv and instant streaming media hooked up with Netflix account already put in so students can watch free movies and free TV shows streaming down to their TV ! There is also a TV set in living room ! Larger bedroom showed in photo with orange bedding is $1600 a Month included free high speed internet WiFi access, free gym, free 2 hours house cleaning service is provided on weekend near each month 15th and 31st day! We do not charge broker fee nor application fee but we do charge one time washing and cleaning fee $75 per room for each stay ( one time only) to pay the Maid to clean up after your stay completely and provide each student with a new Clean bathmat and new shower curtain liner and new mattress cover , change in new light bulb etc before a tenant move in!
