This place is gorgeous, spacious, and has incredible amenities! It has two floors, G.E. appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher), a stainless steel sink, hardwood floors, chandeliers, central air, brand new modern bathrooms, the laundry uses a smartphone app instead of quarters, the rooftop has a cabana, and the shared backyard is great for parties and entertaining guests. Both the first floor and basement studio are humungous and have high ceilings which makes the place look and feel luxurious. The apartment does not share any walls with anyone else in the building so you can be as loud as you want at all times, especially in the basement. The basement is finished and has windows so you get sunlight on both floors all day! Great for artists and musicians who want freedom and privacy.

The JMZ (Express Stop) at Myrtle Broadway is one block away and the L at Morgan Avenue is a short 5 mins walk. There is also a brand new Citi Bike station at the end of the block. This place comes furnished with a bed, a nightstand, a big set of shelves that divide the first floor space, and a dinner table with two chairs. I'm also happy to remove the furniture before you move in if you prefer to use your own.
