Property Details

The apartment is a furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with hardwood floors in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. The sublet is for the large bedroom and includes your own separate bathroom (which has a shower).

The living room has a comfortable couch, two leather lounge chairs, coffee table, custom wooden blinds, and carpet. We have Netflix, HBO GO, and other entertainment options for those who are interested.

Next to the living room is a dining area with a beautiful wooden table, a plant, and four chairs (these items are extremely high quality and have been in my family for years). We generally keep the apartment quiet, but there is an electronic piano and a few guitars, as well as as speakers if you want to play music through your phone/computer.

The kitchen has a huge wooden counter top, a lot of cabinet space, and all the cooking supplies and tools you need. For those who like cooking, it's a nice open space that allows you to spread out.

The bedroom itself has a full size bed, large closet for clothes and storage, desk, night table, custom wooden blinds on the windows, and a dresser to store clothing.
