Rent is $2,288 a month, not including cable and electric. This apartment uses Spectrum for cable, standard package $50 a month, and electric can range from $40-$100, depending on your usage. Now, about the apartment! It's spacious for one person or a couple to live here, with good flow between the rooms, and a sizable lounge area. The dimensions are as follows: Bedroom: 6.5' x 12', not including entryway alcove or closet. Bedroom fits a queen sized bed. Bathroom: 5' x 5', not including tub. Including tub, 5' x 7.25'. Has a spacious vanity for one person or a couple, and has cabinet space beneath the sink. Kitchen: 11' of walkway, not including the closet. The closet has a bar to hang clothing, but I added a shelving unit to store pots and pans. Kitchen has a fully functioning dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet space above and below the sink. The cabinets on top of the sink are far enough away from the ceiling for additional storage. Lounge: 11.5' x 14'. I have a loveseat and an ottoman in the lounge, and there is room to comfortably fit another couch. I have my AC unit fixed to a window here, behind my curtains. Window dimensions are 14in deep x 71in.
