Well laid-out 1br with nice living room windows overlooking 73rd st. Two blocks to the 72nd st Q train. The floorplan doesn’t have hallways so there is no wasted space in the apartment. The living room gets lots of sun. The kitchen is spacious and open to the living room. The bathroom is also updated and has good space, it’s not the typical cramped NYC bathroom. You’ll see why I loved this 1br. The layout, finishings and price were unbeatable for me. I’m only leaving to upgrade to a larger apartment!
