Looking for someone to rent my beautiful studio apt starting on DEC. 1st 2019. I am terminating my lease early, so I am responsible for finding a new tenant. I am downsizing so I will be able to part with a lot of the furniture. If you need a furnished apt. we can work something out.

The unit is a 350 sq./ft studio apartment that includes: A/C, IN UNIT WASHER AND DRYER, BLUETOOTH SURROUND SOUND, FLOOR TO CEILING WINDOWS, DISHWASHER, TWO CLOSETS, HUGE BATHROOM, AND PLENTY OF STORAGE.

The renter is required to make at least 40X the monthly rent per year. and if a guarantor is necessary you and the guarantor must make a combined amount of at least 40X the monthly rent per year.
