I am leaving the country and need to sign over my lease to a new tenant. Lease ends on September 19, 2020 but can be renewed. Move in date can be as early as Dec 1st. The apartment can come with or without a full-sized bed frame and mattress. Everything has been very recently updated since the last tenant moved out and I moved in only 2 months ago.

Roosevelt Island is so beautiful and has such amazing views of both rivers (UN building, Empire State, Chrysler, can all be seen from here!), in a prime location, and the people here are wonderful. I cannot emphasize how nice it is to be here amidst the hustle and bustle of the city!

Incentives

Will pay for lease sign over and new tenant may keep any existing furniture, utensils, etc for free. There is a full-size bedframe, mattress, duvet set for free if they want it.
