Looking for a young professional female for private room in a gorgeous 3 bedroom/2 bathroom on the Upper East Side! Basically we are looking for someone who holds a 9-5 day-time job, is financially stable and responsible for paying her part of rent, respectful and easy-going. Non-smoker, no drug nor drama.
To move-in:
You would need to provide first month rent and Security deposit is one-month rent.
