The Croft Building, at 71 Nassau Street in the FiDi (Financial District) area of Lower Manhattan, is a pre-war, boutique building, built in the Beaux-Arts style in 1905 and converted to condominiums in 2005. The building is comprised of large one- and two-bedroom apartments, and #7D is one of its deftly-designed gems.

At approximately 822 SF, it has a generously proportioned great room - essentially square in shape and ringed by over 75 SF of tall, wide windows facing East and North. The bedroom is also flooded with light and long on space, and includes a walk-in closet measuring almost 30 SF.
