Property Details

I am looking to sublet my room in Midtown. The unit is a spacious 3br1bath with a large private balcony, spacious dining/living area, and a full kitchen with dishwasher. You would be living with my two male roommates, who are young professionals, very clean and very social people. One roommate has two friendly cats - I've never been a cat person until I met these two :).

My bedroom is the largest in the unit and has an AC/Heat unit built in. The room will come FURNISHED with a queen Tuft & Needle memory foam bed, glass desk, storage drawers, and a Yamaha keyboard (if you want it)!

The building is located on 44th and 3rd, it is called The Centra. The building has a furnished communal roof with views (in addition to our private balcony), a doorman, a free gym, a laundry room, in-building maintenance, and two elevators.

The sublease/lease transfer is from Dec 1 - June 30, and you will be able to renew the lease for yourself in June.

- Employer reference

- Current Tax returns
- Current Land Lord information & reference
- Last three rent receipts/canceled rent checks or Apartment ledger
- Current Bank statement
- Forty times rent roll (Tenant)
- Sixty times rent roll (for Guarantor/Co-Signer only)
- Application Fee paid Online through link

IF you are not able to meet these requirements, I am open to a sublet. A sublet will require that you provide the documents above, and a security deposit of $2,050.
