This is an oversized studio with a private sectioned off bedroom area (640 square feet). When you first walk in there is the bedroom which is private to the rest of the apartment as you can't see the bedroom from the rest of the apartment. You will go down a long hallway where you will first see the bathroom, then the kitchen that opens up to the dining/living room. There is a balcony as well (standing room only).

Amazing rooftop with 360 degree views where you can see almost all the boroughs. Truly no other apartment building in the area with this high up a rooftop with breathtaking views.
