Beautiful Studio apt with loft height ceilings in Prospect Heights available for sublet from November 28th 2019 (3-11 months). Available both furnished and un-furnished.

The apt is located in the Billiard Factory Lofts apt building, which has only been open 3 years since its full renovation. So everything is in GREAT condition. The studio is very open and spacious. The high ceilings really help to keep the place bright and airy. Modern and updated appliances (dishwasher, microwave, flattop stove and full size oven, and full size fridge). The kitchen also has tons of cabinet space.

There are two closets, 1 HUGE walk-in and 1 smaller closet (which still has hanging space and a shelf). A decent size bathroom with shower/tub, medicine cabinet, and double drawer vanity. There is also a WASHER & DRYER stackable unit in the bathroom closet!

Living area is large enough to fit a queen bed, couch that is a queen sleeper sofa, tv, etc. (You can actually have the queen sofa bed pulled out and have space to walk around, which is great.)

Prospect Heights is filled with amazing restaurants, bars, little shops, great grocery stores, etc. It is a 10 min walk to the Q/B/2/3/C trains and 15 minutes to the 4/5. Prospect Park, The Brooklyn Museum of Art, and Brooklyn Library are just 10 mins away as well. It really is an amazing and safe neighborhood.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
This will be a true sublet, the landlord is aware that I am subletting however the lease will remain in my name. I will be asking whomever sublets to sign a lease agreement for the length of the sublet.

Qualifying applicants must earn a total household income of 40X the monthly rent and guarantors must earn annual household income of 80X the monthly rent.

2. Photo identification (driver's license, passport)
3. Most current bank statement
4. W-2 or Federal Tax Return
5. Current pay stub (2 most recent consecutive stubs)

Fees include Application fee, security deposit of 1 month rent, and 1st months rent.
