Each apartment features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchens, marble tile baths and white oak plank floors in the living areas.

I have lived here for the past 10 months and everything about it has been great. The staff are fantastic, the building is kept very clean and it’s on a quiet street. Apartment is fully furnished if interested in buying some or all. Can also be unfurnished. Reason for leaving - I’m being relocated to Sydney.

I have permission to find an alternative tenant + usual checks from landlord.

Additional fee

I can put you in touch with my landlord if interested to confirm. However I paid a $100 application fee and $1000 deposit.

Other requirements included:

Letter of employment on company letterhead, stating salary and title dated in the last 10 days , if self employed, CEO or Principal of a corporation, last two years tax returns first two pages only(1040).
Applicant needs to make 40x the monthly rent to qualify, guarantor needs to make 80x the monthly rent.
Photo ID from each applicant or occupant either a valid drivers license or passport(you can take a picture with your phone and email it to me)
Most recent checking account statement 1st page only showing Bank name, your name, address and balance- not a screenshot of your account and no financial statements are needed
