Looking to transfer the lease to my private luxury studio apartment that is in murray hill (few blocks from grand central). Net effective rent assuming feb 1 takeover is $2450 due to a month free at the end. (Way this works is gross rent of $2,950 for 5 months divided by 6 months since last is free so net is $2,450).

Available now and the lease ends July 2020 with an option for renew.

NO BROKER FEEs. Please note that this is not a sublet. It is a transfer of the lease. This is because I am relocating for a new job so cannot deal with subletting unfortunately. The management team is fully aware and allows a lease transfer. It is a straightforward process and the lease is only for another 6 months.

This is a luxury doorman building, with a gym, awesome rooftop with grills/tanning chairs, laundry in unit, parking garage attached to it, lounge area, etc. Studio has built in AC, granite countertops, two large closets, large window, dishwater, etc. Very comfy spot and great management team.
