1. Need 30 days notice to management for lease transfer. So if you want to move in by Dec 15th, we will need to finalize paperwork by Nov 15th.
2. $500 lease transfer
3. All takeovers must be approved by Landlord. Once approved,
They will takeover on your current terms, rent and duration.
4. I have a few furnishings I would be happy to sell to make your move easier.

As mentioned there is a $500 lease transfer fee.

Also there is a $100.00 application fee for the first applicant and $25.00 for each additional applicant. Pets may incur an additional charge.
