This is a huge room with a walk in closet just a few blocks from Columbia University and just a block away from the subway! Also right next to Riverside Park and the Grant National Memorial. This is a private room in a 4 bed 2 bath apartment with fantastic and respectful roomates. The room will be available unfurnished.

Heating and water are included in rent. Wifi is already set up and costs $17.75 each month. Electricity and gas costs average to be about $30 each month. There are laundry facilities in building and an elevator. An air conditioning unit will also be provided.

I am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease and move in sometime between November 18 and December 1st. The lease will end August 31st 2020.

There is a $500 one time management fee to be added onto the lease.
