Brand new unit in a luxury, doorman building. You would be taking over our lease that ends at the end of July 2020. We love this apartment, but have to relocate for work. We are the first tenants in this unit, on the same floor as the lounge and outdoor courtyard. We have already paid for October so that will be covered.

Building features a fully-equipped gym and smart laundry on premises (you can operate it through your phone!). Parking is available, pet-friendly. Part time doorman, and app operated access to building.

This unit is 840 square feet, plenty of storage with 6 closets, big kitchen with brand new fridge, 5-burner range stove, and dishwasher. Plenty of counter space for cooking and ample space for a dining table. Smart, wifi enabled thermostat. The F train is RIGHT outside our door (you don't even have to cross the street), and building is connected to a CVS. We don't have pets, but this is a pet-friendly apartment.
