Additional fee

For 4 months rent in order to preserve the reservation the tenant will need to pay 2 months rent upfront at the day of the reservation confirmation, and then rent for month 3 will need to be paid at the beginning of month 2 and rent for month 4 at the beginning of month 3 . At the beginning day of the rental I need a $ 1000 deposit to be returned at the end of the rental period if no damages have been done to the apartment.
