Hi! I am looking for a FEMALE roommate to sublet ASAP until April. Preferably someone younger that can clean up after themselves, is okay with 2 kitties, and can pay rent on time.

A little about me: Im from Texas and currently a student. I love to cook and binge watch Greys Anatomy! I have one kitten and one old lady cat and they are both super sweet. I am super laid back, dont make loud noise, and am very responsible.

About the apartment:
The apartment is 2 blocks away from McGolrick park in greenpoint and a ~15 min walk from both the L and G lines. It is on the entire first floor and there are only 3 other apartments in the building.
You would be living in the pictured room with a huge chest that can fit an entire wardrobe of clothes. It is spacious enough to fit a full or queen sized bed (I can have room furnished or unfurnished) and other furniture as well. There is also a huge separate closet you can use in the hallway if you need more storage. We would share a bathroom but it is very nice and im very clean! There is also brand new washer and drier, dishwasher, and of course a PRIVATE backyard attatched to the kitchen. I am just moving in as well so the place wont be 100% furnished at first but over the next month or so we should be good to go.

Move in would be ASAP and I would be happy to let you see the place whenever!

I would like to see any proof that you can pay the rent on time for the entire time you stay! i.e letter of employment, pay stubs, bank statements, referrals, credit check, etc.

If you want it furnished, I can give you a full sized bed, nightside table, rug, mirror, etc
