Details about roommate - I am a 32 year old female consultant working in a top consulting firm and looking to share the apartment (which is a 1 bedroom converted into 2) with a fellow roommate. Fairly laid back by nature, due to the nature of my job I travel out of NYC Mondays through Thursday and am in town only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
You would have to be willing to sign a 1 year lease with me (we will both be co-signers of the lease) in order to live here.
