You'd be sharing the apt with three females in their 20s (21-27). Not open to pets. The female on the same level as the room for rent is a flight attendant and not always home. The other females reside in the lower level of the apt. Utilities are internet ($24 per person split 3 ways) and coned (about $40-60 per person split 4ways).

Looking for someone with a great credit score and financially secure (guarantors accepted).
