We’re moving to London in June and are looking for someone to take over our lease that ends Feb 1st 2018. And I know we’ve only just met, but I really think it could be you.

We’re so sad to leave this amazing place. The apartment is big, in great condition, with massive high ceilings and amazing natural light, it's quiet and well appointed with a built-in loft for a spare bed, a brand new washer and dryer, walk-in wardrobe, and has views of Manhattan and Brooklyn.

The building is equally awesome. Here a few of the highlights:

- A great building staff who are always there to help - 24 hour concierge, doormen, super, handymen etc

Finally, the neighborhood, which I think we’ll miss most of all. Countless great bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Leafy, chilled, and pretty cheap, it’s the perfect place to live just outside Manhattan. And speaking of which, it’s very easy to get to the city. The G train is just around the corner, as is the ferry which will take you downtown or across to midtown - a brilliant way to travel.
