The panoramic view in the living room is absolutely stunning and stretches from the south of Manhattan all the way to JFK. It's different every day and every season and makes waking up and going to bed very special. Other than that, there's a lot of things to love here:

The building is amazing, we've been here since it opened (first and only tenants in this unit) and we've never been disappointed. There's a bike room, a playroom, tons of indoor and outdoor lounges (perfect if/when working from home), and it's ˜5min away from all the subways and ˜10min away from Fort Green Park.
