Incentives

We are including 1 month free rent (gross rent is $6,440 - with 1 month free the net rent is $5,635).

We are also including an additional $2,560 incentive by way of free-rent for tenants moving in at the start of November (reducing the net rent to $5,315).

There is an $800 per person amenity fee (including access to gym and communal areas) that we have already paid for two tenants. The new tenants will get the benefit of 8 months worth of this fee for free.
