Hey all! We have outgrown our East Village one bedroom apartment and have found a new one so we're looking for people to either sublet off us (unfurnished) for the remainder of our lease (til Aug 14) or sign a new year-long lease for the apt.

This apartment and building are honestly fantastic - the only reason we're moving is because we have a puppy and need an outdoor area. The apartment has a washer and dryer, AC, HUGE kitchen with dishwasher, and a sunroom with french doors. There's a lot of natural light and heaps of storage. The building is completely modern and has a shuttle bus to the nearest subway for when you're feeling lazy. The building also has a free gym, recreation room, shared terrace with BBQs and a separate rooftop with 360 degree views - it's humongous and we've had our fair share of gatherings up there. It's a doorman building and they are extremely friendly. Live in super.
