Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in the Upper East Side. 4th floor of a walk up. Great light into the bedroom. Quiet neighborhood. Considerate and friendly neighbors. Clean and well-kept building. Never had any issues of pests.

There is a laundromat right across the street/many laundry pickup and delivery options around too. Numerous good restaurants in the area and very near to 86th street shopping. Wholefoods is right on the same block as the apartment as well!

Central park is only a 10min walk West and Carl Schurz Park is a 10min walk East. You've got the best of both worlds!

3 min walk to Q train, 5 mins to 4/5/6 train and 1 min from M86/M15/M101/M102/M103/M105 Buses. Very easy access from all over the city!
