Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment, with views of the East River and Manhattan. The natural light is really incredible. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas range. We were the first tenants in the unit and have lived here less than a year, so appliances, etc. are in great condition. The apartment has been regularly professionally cleaned, and would be cleaned again before you move in.
Building amenities include 24 hour doorman, outdoor patio, large gym, dog grooming space, coworking room, playroom, and event space. 
Great if you need a short term place and would like a lot of amenities, or would be a great way to see if you'd like to live in this building or Greenpoint longer term. 
10-15 minute walk to the 7 or G trains, or the East River Ferry. 

Incentives

We're definitely motivated to pay fees or reimburse a portion of the rent just to make sure this isn't a total loss for us. (But, you'd still have to pass the credit check with the building that shows enough income to pay the full price.) We could also provide some very basic furnishings.

Additional fee

The income requirement is 35X the monthly rent for Applicants and 80X the monthly rent for Guarantors. The credit check is free.
