We also do leases by the bedroom, so you will have your own separate lease from your roommates and your electricity bill will be applied to your rent statement so you won't need to share a utility bill either. The Alabama was originally built in 1903 as part of the Van Rensselaer Hotel. In 2016 it was reimagined, redesigned, and redeveloped as luxury FURNISHED apartments for the busy New York City student and working professional.
