Despite its rugged good looks, 425 Keap Street was never a factory; since its construction in the 1920’s it has always been a residence for the more discerning set of Brooklynites.

The location, centrally situated in Williamsburg, is near some of the best shopping and dining in the city, while still painting a quiet, neighborhood feeling. As for transportation, a 4 minute walk brings you to Metropolitan Avenue for the G or L, 8 minutes gets you to Marcy Avenue for the JMZ, or 10 minutes by car takes you over the Williamsburg Bridge.
