I'm looking for someone to take over the least for my 1-bedroom apartment, located at 14th St. and Ave C, starting around 9/15 or 10/1 (exact date is flexible). Apt is in StuyTown, located next to the East Village and Gramercy, 5min walking distance from the L train station on 14th St. and 1st Ave. The residence has great amenities and services with several playgrounds, athletic courts, a concierge, in-building laundry, a resident cafe, and social events.

It is a very spacious (762 sq ft.), renovated unit on the 8th floor, with hardwood floors, platinum finish, high ceilings, open kitchen, walk-in closet, and lots of storage space. Apt would be great for a couple since the unit is so big.
