Huge master bedroom with ensuite private bathroom in a spacious, newly renovated, apartment on a beautiful tree-lined Brooklyn block.

I am moving to Paris for work, for a few months and am renting out my room in my absence. I live in a huge 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment that I share with my roommate Dana and our 3 legged cat, Anderson.

We use the smallest bedroom as an office and bike storage space, which you will have full access to.

The bedroom you will occupy is the master suite, it has an ensuite bathroom in the room, so you'll never have to share a bathroom or come out of the bedroom to take a shower.

Our cat is friendly and playful, sometimes he likes to play, other times he likes to cuddle, but mostly he just sleeps and lounges around.

I am still living in the space at the moment, but when you arrive you will have the bedroom to yourself, my belongings will be removed from the space and the entire apartment will be professionally cleaned.

Available Sept 6-Dec 31, 2019.

$1600 all-inclusive.

No tobacco smoking allowed.

The space is ideal for interns or students b/c the room is furnished.

My roommate is a psychologist, she's friendly and quiet, and generally we are looking for someone with a similar temperment to move in. Ideally a professional adult that pays their bills on time, cleans up after themselves, and will respect our home. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the G train at Bedford-Nostrand and 7 minute walk to the Nostrand Ave A/C train.
